
CSEET Registration Fees
The Registration Fees for appearing in CSEET is ₹ 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) per student per appearance. ICSI also provides concession in fee to various categories of students:

Eligibility to enroll in CSEET Course
Students can enroll in CSEET course after passing the Class 10th Examination conducted by an examining body constituted by law in India or an examination recognized by the Central Government as equivalent thereto.
However, a candidate can write CSEET Exams only after appearing in the Class 12th Examination.
Previously All Graduates / Post Graduates were eligible directly to register in the CS Executive Programme, without sitting for CS Foundation or CSEET exams. Now All Graduates / Post Graduates are also required to pass the CSEET to become eligible for registration to Executive Programme.

Exemptions
- Candidates who have passed CS Foundation Programme are exempted from CSEET without any payment of exemption fee.
- Candidates who have passed the Final Examination of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and/or The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) are exempted from CSEET and shall pay ₹ 5,000 (Rupees Five Thousand Only) towards exemption fee at the time of Registration to CS Executive Programme.
Please note that there is no restriction on what stream students can appear for CS exams. Hence, irrespective of whether a candidate took science, commerce, or arts they are eligible to register for the CSEET course after passing their class 10th examination.

Once you open this link you can easily enter the fields required and continue your registration step by step. All administrative interactions throughout the life cycle of a CS student are done through the online portal and there is no need for personal visit to the ICSI Office for submission of physical documents.
Step-by-Step CSEET Registration Process
Given below steps can be followed by candidates to fill the CSEET application form:
Before proceeding to CSEET registration form please make sure that you are ready with the softcopy of these documents.
- Photograph of the candidate
- Signature of the candidate
- DOB Certificate (10th pass certificate)
- Admit Card/ Hall Ticket for 10+2 Examinations (if appearing)
- 10+2 Pass Certificate/ Mark Sheet
- Category Certificate (for availing Fee Concession)
- Identity proof(Adhar card/passport/voter ID /pan card/driving license/ration card)
All the files should be present in one of the following formats (jpg, jpeg, png, gif, bmp, pdf).
(The maximum allowed file size is 2 MBs. File size of a student photo should be between 20kb to 50kb. File Size of student signature should be between 10kb to 20kb.)
Step 1 – Open this registration link.
Step 2 – Tick the required boxes and move to “proceed to CSEET registration”. Click the button.
Step 3 – Fill Basic Details
- Enter SALUTATION, NAME, DOB and GENDER as per your 10th CERTIFICATE.
- Enter MOBILE NO. and E-MAIL ID carefully as all important communications and OTP from ICSI will be sent to these only.
Step 4 – Fill Correspondence Address
- Kindly Note that CSEET reference material / study material will be dispatched only on your given correspondence address.
Step 5 – Fee Details
Step 6 – Upload Mandatory Documents*.
Step 7 – Preview Application. Click on “Confirm Application” button after previewing.
Step 8 – Select Payment Mode and Click on Next Button.
Step 9 – Transaction Id Generation- Note transaction Id for future reference.
This registration with ICSI for CSEET is valid for only one attempt, so if you fail in the CSEET exam and wish to appear again you will have to re-register
On Successful Payment, You will be registered for CSEET and the same will be intimated through email / SMS on registered email id / mobile number. You can appear for the CSEET as per the schedule sent through email / SMS

The Company Secretaries (Amendment) Regulations, 2020, were published in the Official Gazette of India on February 3, 2020, and are effective as of the date of publication.
Numerous processes/guidelines have been altered due to the implementation of new rules. An overview of such changes in student enrolment are:
- Admissions to the Foundation Programme of the CS (COMPANY SECRETARY) Courses are no longer being accepted. Existing Foundation Programme students may sit for the Foundation Programme Examinations until their registrations expire.
- Except for a few exceptions, the CS. The CS Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) is being adopted as a mandatory qualifying test for all categories of students seeking admission to the Executive Program.
- The inaugural C.S. The Executive Entrance Test scheduled for From 2020.
- 120-minute computer-based examination divided into four sections, namely
- Communication in Business
- Aptitude for Law and Logical Reasoning
- The economic and commercial environment
- Current affairs
- The CSEET will be a computer-based exam administered online. MCQs, audio clips, video clips, and descriptive questions will all be included in CSEET.
- The cut-off dates for enrolling in the CS Executive Program and Professional Program to sit for the Company Secretaries Examination are offered in June and December each year.
- Provisional Registration for the Executive Program is no longer available. Executive and Professional Program students must pass a Pre-Examination Test to sit for the main tests.
- Students enrolled in the Executive and Professional Programs shall have a valid registration as of the date of submission of their examination enrollment application.
- Students registered in the main exams who want to make official requests for changes to the Test Centre, Medium, or Combination of Modules must do so 30 days before the examination.
- A new provision entitled “Continuation of Registration” is being implemented, which requires students to maintain their current registration even after passing the Professional Programme Stage. The required cost for re-registration is Rs.1000 each year.

FAQ
Is there any entrance exam for CS Executive?
Yes, candidates must clear the CSEET (CS Executive Entrance Test) to register for the CS Executive Programme. It is a mandatory entrance exam for most students.
Can I give CS Executive without CSEET?
Yes, but only in specific cases. Candidates who hold the following qualifications are exempted from CSEET and can take direct admission into the CS Executive Programme:
CS Foundation passed students
ICAI (CA Final) passed students
ICMAI (CMA Final) passed students
Graduates/Post Graduates (only if they qualified before the CSEET was introduced)
What is Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET)?
CSEET is the mandatory entrance test conducted by ICSI for students seeking admission to the CS Executive Programme. All graduates or postgraduates are also required to clear CSEET to register for CS Executive, unless they are eligible for exemption.
